Start with whatever you already have
You do not need a complete set of documents to start. Most buyers begin with a reservation document, a land registry extract, or whatever the estate agent has already sent. After your order we send the fixed document list for a Spanish property purchase, plus a short set of questions about the property and the sale. Your intake counts as complete once every item on that list has either been supplied or answered as not available, and your answers are consistent with each other. From that point the delivery clock starts, and we confirm the exact delivery time for your dossier.
How you receive your Purchase File
You get a secure download link as soon as your file is ready. If you want to share it with your lawyer, gestor, or a co-buyer, you simply forward that PDF yourself, like any other document. A verified sharing feature that lets us grant a lawyer or notary direct access is something we build after the first proven deliveries; today, you share the file yourself, in whatever way you choose.
Correction, updates, guarantee and withdrawal
If something within the agreed scope is missing or wrong once you receive your dossier, we correct it once at no charge. If your document set changes materially after delivery, for example a new document arrives, an update can be requested within the update window stated in your delivery email. As a digital product delivered on your explicit request, standard EU withdrawal timelines do not apply once delivery has started; the exact terms are set out at checkout and in our terms.
Storage, privacy and deletion
Your documents are stored in the EU, separately from the structured overview built from them, and access is restricted to what delivering your dossier requires. Your original documents are never used to train any model. By default, your originals, the extracted data and the online dossier are deleted 90 days after delivery, unless you request earlier deletion or an update within that window. A delivered PDF you have already downloaded is yours to keep; deleting the online dossier does not reach into your own inbox or files.
