This policy explains when you can withdraw from or cancel an order, and when you are entitled to a refund. It applies to Casa Connecta's paid products: the Spain Purchase Plan, the Mortgage File Check and the Document Check. It also applies unchanged to an order for a product that has since been withdrawn: choose "Other or not sure" above and state your order number.
As a consumer you have, in principle, a fourteen-day cooling-off period for a distance purchase, counted from the day of your order. Within that period you can withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason, as long as we have not yet started performance.
Our products are services and digital content that we deliver quickly at your request. At intake we ask you to expressly confirm that we may begin immediately and that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you give that confirmation, the right of withdrawal lapses once we have delivered the product. If you do not give that confirmation, or we have not yet started performance, your cooling-off period remains in effect.
We process a refund within fourteen days of assessing and approving your request, using the same payment method you used to pay, unless we agree otherwise together.
